Oil Creek: June, 2003

We put in at Drake Wells in Titusville (at one end of the Oil Creek bike trail), and we took out at the Petroleum Center (the other end of the bike trail). The take-out is after the bike trail bridge, but before the tressel on river left. The paddle took us approximately 3.5 hours with a lunch stop.

We did not run into any water hazards or strainers, and the put-in and take-out were easy. The water was at around 2.5 feet deep.

It's a beautiful run, with no residences along the way.
